The extras fees apart from the listed price is the cleaning fee which will be paid together with your 30% advance payment for the booking reservation.The second fee is a safety deposit in case there is any damage done to the property the cost is 200€ and will be refunded after 15 days if there is no sign of any damage.

Prices displayed on the website are currently in Euro. For the online payments (30% deposit), we accept any currency. The remaining 70% will be paid upon your arrival, and we only accept euro in cash.
30% of the total booking amount should be paid in advance, to secure your booking. In case of cancellation Payment in advance is non-refundable.

You can either book Wiola’s home, Wiola’s apartment, or both. Each apartment can host up to 4 guests, or they can both be booked at the same time to host a big or two families.
